Betreft: uitnodiging uitleg De Geseldonk en Mierlo-Hout in Actie.
Geachte Vereniging of groepering van Mierlo-Hout,
Vast heeft U gehoord dat er per 1 januari 2014 een verandering heeft plaats gevonden binnen Wijkhuis “De Geseldonk”, er is een nieuwe Stichting opgericht die het beheer en exploitatie van het wijkhuis gaat organiseren.
Stichtingsbestuur Wijkhuis De Geseldonk nodigt daarom alle verenigingen en groeperingen binnen Mierlo-Hout uit voor een bijeenkomst, en wel op 2 april 2014 in de grote zaal van het Wijkhuis, alwaar zij uit gaat leggen wat er allemaal al is veranderd en nog gaat veranderen binnen “De Geseldonk”.
Op de eerste plaats gaan we het beleid en de nieuwe vorm van beheren aan U voorleggen, ook gaat het gebouw in de nabije toekomst een metamorfose ondergaan door een ingrijpende renovatie cq. Verbouwing. Deze renovatie moet ervoor zorgen dat we weer voor een x aantal jaren vooruit kunnen in dit gebouw. Wij zullen ervoor zorgen dat de bouwtekeningen ter inzage klaarliggen.
Op de tweede plaats willen wij uitleg gaan geven over een andere stichting nl.”Mierlo-Hout in Actie”. Deze Stichting zet zich in voor alle verenigingen en groeperingen groot maar zeker ook klein, en om initiatieven in groepsverband of individueel die binnen Mierlo-Hout een rol vervullen.
Wijkhuis “De Geseldonk” is van iedere Mierlo-Hout bewoner, dus ook van U.
